Local non-profits NAMI Oshkosh and Community for Hope will present the Oshkosh 5K for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness, Saturday, May 6th at the Oshkosh North High School gym. Registration and check-in begin at 7:30am followed by a welcome ceremony at 9, with the 5K kicking off at 9:30.
NAMI Oshkosh is dedicated to providing education, advocacy, and support to individuals who require the necessary tools to help cope with mental illness. Community for Hope works to prevent suicide through education and communication, and provide support for survivors of suicide loss.
