University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Foundation is a non-profit organization that  raises funds to support higher education through student scholarships and grants, faculty and staff development and campus enhancements for the Fox cities and Menasha Campus.

The University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Foundation announces their fundraising event  e.a.t.s. 2019  e.a.t.s. stands for Educational Assistance Through Scholarships and the event will feature celebrity chefs, food, entertainment and raffles.
