Health, Education & Welfare, a local nonprofit, has about 200 brand new compression garments that have been donated by a very generous supporter, and these garments are in need of good homes (arms and legs) of people who need them. These garments are free to people in financial need.
Health, Education & Welfare is a nonprofit founded by Jennifer Edmondson. In 2011, Jennifer was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, and later developed Lymphedema. Aggressive cancer treatments, including surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation resulted in great physical and emotional pain. She decided to use her pain and suffering to fuel her work in helping others. She founded Health, Education & Welfare in May 2018. We've now awarded over $4,000 in compression garments to Wisconsin Lymphedema survivors! Contact jenlee@ntd.net or call 920-213-2889 for more information. |
