International Youth Sailing of Oshkosh is a non profit organization providing basic recreational sailing instruction to people of all ages, from all walks of life, in Northeastern Wisconsin. They instruct people on how to sail in Lake Winnebago, Lake Michigan, Elkhart Lake and Shawano Lake. Their fundraiser is called "Project Owen" in memory of the founder’s son, Owen Eliasen, who was an integral partner, instructor, and sustaining member of International Youth Sailing of Oshkosh.
