Encompass Early Education and Care supports The Foster Grandparent Program providing seniors 55 years of age and older the opportunity to volunteer their time by interacting with children who are enrolled at one of the seven Encompass Centers. This program benefits seniors by helping them stay active and stay independent while helping the children at the Encompass centers reach developmental milestones in life.
The Foster Grandparent Program through Encompass Early Education and Care provides grandparents who participate a minimum of 15 hours a week and who meet limited income eligibility level with a tax free stipend, annual pay leave, mileage reimbursement, and a community with other grandparents in the program.
