Twisted Pistons an organization dedicated to granting scholarships to qualifying Menasha and Neenah High School graduates attending Winneabago or Calumet Colleges announces its annual event Twisted Pistons Scholarship Cruise In on Thursday August 17th from 3-10pm in Downtown Menasha.
