The Violence Intervention Project is non-profit organization serving Kewaunee County. Their mission is to assure safety and confidentiality for diverse families who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or child abuse. The services provided are free of charge and include short-term crisis counseling, safety planning, a 24-hour Helpline, medical and legal advocacy, support groups, safe homes and emergency housing.
The Violence Intervention project announces its First Annual Golf Outing taking place Saturday September 29th at Royal Scot Golf Course and Supper Club.The event includes raffles, contests and prizes. Registration is from 11:30am-12:30pm, $55 includes 9 holes, golf cart and dinner. Participants may come for the dinner only for $15.
